経歴
1999年バーゼル大学を卒業し、2002年より弁護士登録。2002年から2009年まで、監査法人KPMGバーゼルに所属し、法務部門主任取締役となる。2004年から2008年まで、KPMGホールディングスAG・幹事に就任する。現在は、BALEX法律会計事務所（SHIGERU登記本社住所）・パートナーとして、様々な企業の上級取締役を務める。
